About the Role:
This role supports EDQ’s grants, loans and infrastructure agreements to help deliver development-ready land across Queensland.
Support the design, implementation and monitoring of infrastructure funding programs
Administer infrastructure and funding agreements with government, industry and utility partners
Manage agreement administration, reporting, invoice processing and process improvements
Build strong internal relationships and provide practical, solutions-focused support
Prepare quality briefings, reports and advice to support informed decision-making
Monitor regulatory and agreement requirements, escalating matters as needed
About You:
You will be proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
Qualifications in infrastructure planning or law will be highly regarded
Forward-thinking, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
Experience supporting grants, loans or infrastructure funding agreements within a government environment
Strong internal engagement and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of infrastructure agreements and government processes
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including reports and briefings
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
