Housing Supply & Delivery - Project & Development Managers

At EDQ, Development Managers are responsible for turning plans into real, high‑quality places - managing complex development projects that deliver housing, jobs, infrastructure and vibrant communities across Queensland. Working in multidisciplinary teams, Development Managers sit at the centre of major development projects, coordinating people, processes and outcomes from concept to delivery.

What do Development Managers do?

Development Managers lead and support end‑to‑end development delivery, working across planning, design, approvals, construction and handover.

Typical work includes:

  • Managing stages of development projects and consultant teams

  • Supporting site planning, master planning and feasibility analysis

  • Preparing and managing development programs, budgets and timelines

  • Coordinating approvals, compliance and governance processes

  • Working closely with planners, engineers, designers and industry partners
